i am going to start a business i am sell some material for about $150 000 and want to know which type of business would save me the most money

how much tax would i be paying on this 150 000 and what type of business would save me the most money i inherit some land and material was there ,it is a one time deal and i don't want to screw up my pension

If you are starting a business, you need to first learn how to set up an accounting system, learn about taxes, how to operate a business, etc. We have no idea what you are selling, nor to whom, nor anything about your business. We cannot help you here. You need to contact an accountant and/or a lawyer to help you get started and he/she will answer those questions for you.
