      Are you saying that you have had a cold for 5 months or you suffer from allergies? Have you been back to the doctor? That seems to me, the logical place to start. Other than that, I can't suggest anything.

        sure, i am following the doctor every now and then. i am told that cold is the result of allergy. once allergy is gone, cold will disappear. but still there is not any improvement.

        I'm pretty sure that I would see another doctor. When does an allergy ever just disappear?
