    Looked under start control panels and uninstall it is not there

    I tried this before.I put contact radio 1.1 community bar in their tool bar and all it wanted to do was to install. I can't seem to get out of that loop Thanks very much for your help have a wonderful evening and remember God and Jesus love you very much Bye

      The next place to try is your add ons. Go to Tools on your browser, look for add ons or extensions  Click it. If you see radio 1.1 there, click disable or remove.

        I deleted everything in my files after February 1 2013
