    Things You'll Need
    Peppermint essential oil
    Water
    Measuring cup
    1/2 oz jojoba oil
    Small glass jar
    Empty spray bottle


    Instructions
    For Use in a Bath

    Mix 8 drops of peppermint essential oil with 8 oz. of water.

    Pour the peppermint mixture in to your bath water as it is filling up.

    Soak in the tub for 15 minutes to relieve aching muscles. This will also help alleviate cold symptoms.


    For Use as a Massage Oil

    Mix 25 drops of peppermint oil with 1/2 oz jojoba oil.

    Pour this mixture in to a small glass jar. You can use a baby food jar for this.

    Rub this oil on the body while massaging the muscles. The peppermint oil will penetrate the skin. You will also be able to breathe in the aroma of the oil as it is being massaged on your body.


    Deodorizing a Room

    Drip 25 drops of peppermint essential oil in to an empty spray bottle.

    Pour 2 cups of water in to the spray bottle and give it a shake.

    Spray the solution around the house where you need a little deodorizing done. Breathing in the aroma of the peppermint oil will also be beneficial if you are suffering from a cold.
