PROBLEM WITH THE UPDATED PROGRAM OF THE PORTABLE ECG PRINCE 180B

Someone knows problems of incompatibility (impossible to load the 180B) with the ECG (portable electrocardiograph PRINCE 180B brand HEALTHFORCE). It is in fact impossible to let this products work with updated them software (essential). The factory works over since a months unsuccessfully. All your remarks are the welcomes. Thank you for advances.

Just called ekgshop and was told " we don't carry/sell anything from that (Heal Force) manufacturer, and was promptly asked did I purchase from them and where I got the phone number to contact them from. Told the representative that I found a link to their website, found the number and called them. Was essentially told sorry (we don't carry that line( although they list it on their website) you didn't buy it from us(which "is" true) and you're.....SOL, Thank You have a nice day!......."click" Soooo looks like "this" link is a dead end.
