They cut the number of employees, implemented hiring freezes, pay cuts and pay raise freezes. The same things they continue to do today. We are still in the 2008 recession btw, don't believe Obama when he say's we are not. He also said last night that we do not have a budget crisis. 16 trillion debt with another 10 trillion to be added soon is not a crisis according to him. That's why he's raised taxes for everyone, including the poor, because we have no crisis. Hahahaha!
