      None. The welfare system just keeps breeding new welfare families. Kids from these families grow up to live on the welfare system too. What other institutes are there besides welfare?

        I`ll get Stick for this and probably rightly..but I`d say don`t have kids unless you can afford them..too many people in the U.K...And no doubt everywhere...expect that society and tax payers have a duty to fund their kids..take note octomum!

        Government policies, such as, inadequate minimum wage, poor child care options, inconsistent state policies, poor federal policies, and the like.
