Better pack up before the local Sheriff arrives to bolt the doors shut. also get your stuff out of there right away because if they lock it, it will take you forever to get it out.
One time, I was playing music at a restaurant, they foreclosed and I didn't know it, nobody did, they locked the place after giving 24 hour notice to get their stuff out, nobody called me, my equipment was locked up inside, I had to get a judge (court order) to retrieve my stuff.
