You need to re-hydrate so your blood vessels can return to normal. Drink water and take aspirin. The aspirin will help the pain and thin the blood so your blood vessels will be under a little less pressure (the reason your head hurts). I've also heard that having a little of what made you drunk helps but that would not be my choice. There is no quick fix for a hangover. Just learn not to drink like that again so you do not have to suffer another hangover.
