      You will need to go to the city office in Henderson, NV and obtain a permit for having a garage sale.

        Just file for an NPO , give your new charitable organization a name and hang a sign on the garage.  of course you'll need to file for a zoning change and before you get this, your neighbors will petition you out of the neighborhood for inviting all the bargain hunters in the area.


        Joking aside, if you were my neighbor, I would file a complaint in a new york minute and have then serve you a court date and a fine for trashing the neighborhood.  .
