I'm going to bet you are using internet explorer. Try a different browser. Also, you may need to do some maintenance on your computer.

    1) Delete Your Browser's History http://www.ehow.com/how_6075_delete-browsers-history.html

    2) How to Delete Cookies http://www.ehow.com/how_18044_delete-cookies.html

    3) Go to start menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Clean up

    4) Go to start menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk defragmentor

    5) Lastly install Ccleaner. This is a computer cleaner. It cleans up the junk floating around in your computer that anti virus's do not see as threats but can slow down your computer's performance. It's also a registry cleaner and removes unused and old registry entries and repairs broken ones .This can be run daily (takes less than a minute) and will let you know when it needs to be updated. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
