    semi-skimmed is under 2% .full is over 2%

    In the US, there must be at least 3.25% butterfat in milk to be marketed as whole milk.  Not many would go beyond this minimum, as they can yield many products from the butterfat that they can manufacture and sell.  So dieters, rest assured, you will get 3.25 %, not more!
