Do you have Skype? Are you using it to call land lines? That would be the charges. Make sure the Skype version you are using is the free one. Skype does not have a phone number. You can only reach them through e-mail or live chat if you have the Skype premium account. Read here https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10656/what-is-live-chat-support
Until you get it sorted, I would contact the credit card and deny the charges and any further charges.
