      I can not find their webpage in order to find their contact information but you will have to contact them directly for an answer to this. This website is not linked to 1st Platinum Plus.  There should be a phone number on the back of the credit card.

        Could be a scammer most companies don't ask for such ibecause they already have it.  Do as Colleen stated "Contact them" directly before releasing such info.  Better Safe than Sorry!!!
