    does the voltage or the current kill you?

    Both,think of it like a Water  tank,the voltage is the pressure,coming through the pipes,the size of the pipes is the resistance,and the Current is the volume held in the water tank,and your Body would be the conductor,

    depends on how the electrical system is set up. The wattage can  kill you too, if you get mixed up in it.
