I have tried many times to obtain my updated telephone account from Broadbandcb.com, without success. For the past week, for some reason, the saved user name and passport are wrong. Even when I enter the correct user name and password I get the same message in Spanish that it is incorrect. What can I do to get my telephone A/c again? Pease help!
I am in Spain at the moment and do not understand Spanish, but I need to see how many minutes I have left of my 600 monthly allowance. I have contacted the office, and they cannot find anything wrong, yet I have tried many times without success. Please help me, as I do not know how to put this right.
