Check out this site: https://www.tripadvisor.com, it gives reviews of b+b's. I'm not sure if there are road signs, but I suspect it is likely. The site has some good ratings and great reviews 4 out of 5 stars for this site.
It would probably be a good idea to plan your trip around great stops so you don't wind up in a dump or get food poisoning. Have a safe and exciting trip.
