Check the fuses for the rear tail lights, check the lights, make sure they are not burnt out.

I have done all of that, I even replaced the lights & fuse just incase, but still nothing. I have a chiltons but it has the brake light scamatic for every car & year but mine. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Sounds like you've done everything OK, all I can suggest is check all connections are OK and if so and they still aren't working it's time for the expert.
