The computer should make no difference since e-mail programs are on the internet and not in the computer. Why is happening that causes you to say you can not get into your e-mail? I need details in order to try and help.

its not about the hard drives to not get in to email...it about ur email sending...how is it accurate your emai

when trying to get to our hotmail account, a message told us that we had not accessed our account from this area, we followed all information and still could not retrieve our e-mail. Thank you in advance
This must be a new security feature. This is the second time today someone has had this issue. You will have to contact hotmail to find out if there is a code or something that you need to use. Go through the list of already asked questions similar to this issue.
