      It appears this was a class assignment. You would have to contact the students who designed it to find out if they are willing to share the design plans. They may be thinking about marketing it and if they are, you can be sure they will not share the plans. You can contact PSU and leave a message for the students that you would like the plans. PSU will forward the message to the parties involved. 724-773-3800
