First, find an old credit card bill and call the customer service number listed on it and report the card as lost. Second, look at the bill again to find your credit card number. This will not help you to purchase on line though as you will also need the expiration date of the card and the 3 digit pin on the back of the card. Contact the store you want to make the purchase through to see of they take another form of payment.
