    4. I am an unfurnished tenant and have a quote from Moneysupermarket for our contents. I have read sample policy doc. Am I covered for flood damage if needed? No flooding history here, I am told. I don't think I need home assistance as what's covered the landlord's problem. What about landlord's carpets and curtains?
