well you have to do it by table spoon till it reach the standard cup which is 250=1cup. or u must use conversion a valid sourrce like cooking books.better to try and see.in this matter trial and eerror are applied, how u will know without trying
250 cc = 1 cup many sizes of cup depends on what you are using for it, then that differs what you will use cups to measure.
