I was unable to find a free diagram. You can try these guys mechanic advice and answers (they cover bikes too) >> http://www.2carpros.com/ they may charge a few bucks for the diagram but it will be a lot cheaper than buying the book > http://www.clymer.com/Book.aspx?bid=991&title=Kawasaki+Vulcan+1500+Series%2c+1996-2008
