        Far more important than your name, is how you behave. If a boy with a girl's name or a girl with a boy's name, is polite, caring, and honest, they'll do just fine in life. Hard work doesn't hurt either.

        Emmett is traditionally a boys name. Do you think any little girl wants to grow up with the name Emmett?

            Any name can be for a girl. It depends upon whom is doing the naming; however; all of the "Emmetts" I've ever heard of, have been male.
