      This has nothing to do with the remote starter and everything to do with your car. Have the car serviced.

        remote starter needs to crank 3 more seconds. my battery died. went back to factory settings happen before.they changed setting .store closed now

          Try any store that installs remote car starters. They will be able to change the settings for you.
