Contact the toymaker or your nearest Toys R Us for information on how to replace and obtain the items.
Teach your granddaughter to put the toys away in a safe place when she is done playing with them.  Perhaps a toy box???
Put your dog outside?  (I'm one to talk; our dog has his own bed in the living room. :O)
