You need to contact the bank. NEVER go on the internet and ask how to transfer money. You have no idea who you are speaking to or dealing with. Like now, you are on a world wide forum called akaQA (also known as questions and answers). This site is not secure and is not linked to your bank. I could tell you anything and have you transferring money to my account. Call your bank and ask for internet support and have them guide you through the steps for bank to bank transfers. For your protection I have locked this question.
