Earning karma points means someone has given you a "thumb's up" and you have earned 15 points. For example, I gave your question here a TU and you went from 30 points to 45 points. Look at the points I have under my name. If you click the Thumb's up icon, my score will increase. If you click the Thumb's down, my score will decrease and I will seek you out with a vengenance one only sees in the Bruce Willis "DIE HARD" movies. (Just kidding, but be careful using the TD....there are strict criteria for that).
