      They are....for quiet people or for those who appreciate a lot of interaction. Now in my opinion, it seems to me that.... oh forgive me....I tend to go on and on and on and on....uh...does this answer your question or did you want more details?       LOL!!!

        They can be, but it's also good to be able to distinguish good conversation from endless, often centred rambling, which can become very tiresome, being a good listener or demonstrating an interest in others is commendable, balance is the key
