        I love cheesy rice--  I make it with minute rice, I bring water to boil then place a slice of American cheese in the boiling water, when it comes to second boil, i put the rice in, stir it and take it off the fire and cover it for about 10~15 minutes, open a couple times to fluff it.  Cheesy rice!!   Yummy!
