Thank you Colleen but when I press menu I only get the function, picture & sound options I can't get to the channel option that will allow me to tune my TV.
We are just a general question and answer forum. We are not tech support for TV's. If you look in the user manual under trouble shooting there should be a phone number for you to contact tech support. They can help you.
