This is an issue coming from the server HP is on. This is a known issue and one that they are suppose to be correcting (it's been a year now). See if you can contact HP directly to find out of they have a fix for this yet http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
Some people have been able to get around this by using an alternate browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.
