I have a container of flour and the label is missing. Is there any way to tell which kind it is?

I would wonder? Is it flour  or concrete mix?  I would not try any thing that had no label- What if it is AJAX?

Well, just imagine the house you could build with the bricks or how clean that loaf of bread will be :)

Then you call it french bread, add garlic butter and toss it in the oven to warm :)
