    This is all I could find: 


    Florida statutes refer to the fee received by the personal representative as a "commission". Fees that are determined by law to be reasonable for the personal representative are 3 percent for the first $1 million of estate value, 2.5 percent for $2 million to $5 million, 2 percent for $5 million to $10 million, and 1.5 percent for the remainder of the estate value that is over $10 million.

    I would check with the lawyer who drew up the will. When I was an executor, I received $15.00 per hour because that's what the lawyer told me was considered reasonable pay by the probate court.
