what is the definition of "Trustee" in regard to a Will?
This person was designated to be the Trustee for her Mother-in-Law. She feels that this entitled her to everything in the estate. There were 2 living sons who would stand to inherit the estate and split the total sum.
The daughter-in-law says that the deceased gave her all of her possessions and therefore, she did not include the 2nd son in the fair distribution of goods.
Is this the Right way to handle the Will?
