    how do i reset the parental control when i forgot the password and answer to security question

    i put a parental lock on the internet of my daughters dsi and i forgot the password and the answer to the security question how can i reset it and start over so i can get access to the internet

      Did you get an option for if you forgot the security question? Sometimes they e-mail a reminder. If not,you will have to remember either the password or security question.
