Please notice, when ever you download something off the 'net, 98% of the time, it will come with a tool bar that YOU must uncheck so it does not download with the download you want.
Go to your start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate the toolbar, if it's Bing, it hides under the name conduit or conduit engine > uninstall
