                  Thank you! Linda! You are the only one to wish it to me. The gardens are great, I've got about 50 or 60 cotton plants that need hoeing (?) and the wind was so great last night that it snapped one of my gladiolas in half!

                  Batten down the hatches Jules !!!Reminds me of when I lived on a farm near Fort Saskatchewan ... my house was over a hundred years old and it was lashed to the top of a prairie hill with 1 1/2 inch cables ... woohoo hang on Toto!! ;D

                    Beautiful, wild, surrounded by ocean and creatures of all kinds known and unknown where UFOs pop up out of the bay on starry nights where the air is filled with the sounds of night birds and tree knocks and primate-like whoops ... none other than the island range of the stupendous and magnificent Rocky Mountains .... Vancouver Island !!!
