    4. I subscribed to a magaziene subscription In April 2012, I still have not recieved anything, they refuse to cancel my subscription or pay back what i have paid, they have done nothing to resolve the problem, what can i do?

      If you paid by credit card, call your credit card company, have all future charges canceled and if you can prove fraud, have them refund your first payment.

          Can't give legal advice, but I file complaint w/ Credit Card and Bank and also put stop pymt.
