The best way to proceed at this point is to contact Hotmail personnel directly with your issue. Please follow the instructions below to access the page where you can request assistance with this issue:
First connect to the Hotmail web site using a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then Login with your email username and password.
Next, click on the Help link (in the upper right corner) and then click a question from those displayed and then click the Contact Us link.
Now, click on MSN Hotmail in "Standard Services" and then click the Email button.
Next, in the page that appears, fill out the form toward the bottom of the page and be sure to describe the question or issue in detail and then press Submit.
