Sadly, in India and China, female foetuses are often aborted after an ultrasund scan reveals the sex. This, coupled with the one-child policy in China is leading to a sex imbalance. Mothers who complain that there are not enough girls for their sons to marry have only themselves to blame and the culture of their countries which value boys higher than girls.

Then she needs to see a doctor who will kill the female fetus's and give her whatever magic they use to have only boy fetus's.
You are not too far from the truth Colleen, even in the UK among the Indian and Chinese ethnic communities there is a suspicious imbalance in the sex of babies.
