how do you program a B08818 Fisher remote?

I have a Fisher VCR machine and would like to program the remote to a different TV, but I've lost the manual for the remote, Any help would be appreciated - Thanks!

Thank you for the list of codes, that will help! I also am looking for the procedure to program the remote, i.e. hold this button for x number of seconds, or press these two buttons and then release and key in the code, or ???
