I don't think you'll get much help with this. There's apps that you can use for locating friends and knowing where they are but as I understand, they must input the data.. But I don't totally know, I'm not into wanting everyone to know where I am.
You need to confront her and either work it out or get out of the relationship. I personally would go for the latter.
