Horsepower and CC's or cubic inches are hhmmm I'm going to say irrelevant.. What type of fuel? diesel, gas, {what grade} methanol/alcohol. what type of work or how big is the carburetor, what has been done to the ignition??? All of these factor into Horsepower and more to CC's.
