I can not find the manual or even the weather station on the internet.

To change the time, press the time button. When it goes to 2000, you will see the date flashing. Adjust using up and down buttons. Then press the time button again. You can then use the up and down buttons to adjust the time. Finally, to toggle between F and C, use the up button by itself. To adjust between 24 and 12 hour clocks, press the down button.
