        ECI does not have a fed form, you probably mean the worksheet. You just have to meet the criteria to be eligible for the deduction. You list the deduction on your federal tax form. Read about EIC here > http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/EITC,-Earned-Income-Tax-Credit,-Questions-and-Answers
