    i havent violated any policies or codes and ive already checked evry last piece of info in the help center

        Sounds like someone may have tried to hack your account. See Facebook's help section for this issue > https://www.facebook.com/help/search/?q=For+security+reasons+your+account+is+temporarily+locked
