    I recently cortizone shots in my back for pain.  I have been having anxiety and depression since.

      I don't think cortizone shots can give you anxiety or depression. I had them in my hip and in my back. One helped only for a week. The other one didn't help at all. But the cortizone shots have recently given people MS or guilleme's bar syndrome, b/c it was a  bad batch with fungus in it.
