    A celestial object has an angular diameter of 2000 arcseconds as seen in the sky. If this object is moved to twice its distance away from Earth then what would be its new angular diameter as viewed in the sky?

    I didn't get what is the distance that the object moves from earth, so I couldn't complete the calculation. Calculations of angular sizes can be done at http://www.1728.org/angsize.htm
